Advocacy: 

  • Provided workshops/presentations/exhibits at CWLA, NFPA &Georgia Conferences
  • Participated in the FFTA Public Policy Institute & Family Voices Conf., Washington, DC
  • Led Master Session at National Conference on Child Abuse & Neglect, Washington, DC
  • Participated in CHAMPS Convening at Brookings Institute, Washington, DC
  • Three meetings with Jerry Milner, Associate Commissioner, Children’s Bureau
  • Previewed four foster care & adoption movies and provided input prior to releases
  • Annually updated Tax Guide for Foster and Adoptive Parents
  • Numerous articles in a variety of magazines, newspapers, online newspapers, etc.
